UNIFORM GUIDELINES Students dress in uniform from the first day of school in September to the last school day in June. All school uniforms are to be purchased through Flynn & O’Hara 800-441-4122. One of their New Jersey service centers is located at 2145 Route 35, Holmdel, 732-888-3885. Some items may also be purchased on Lands End.com. Girls and boys must wear a rubber-soled shoe with a full back. No fad shoes, sneakers or work boots. Students’ hair should be neat and well-groomed. Boys’ hair length should not be lower than the top of the shirt. No fad haircuts. No artificial hair coloring or streaking. Girls are not permitted long, dangling earrings (only one pair of stud earrings) and no earrings for boys. Students are not permitted to wear nail polish or any type of makeup. All girls’ jumpers, skorts, and kilts should be modest length. School uniform sweaters only. No fad sweaters, no fad sweatshirts or SBA athletic sweatshirts. Please note: SBA athletic apparel may be worn only on a student's designated gym day. On all other days, the SBA dress code must be adhered to as stated in the handbook and code of conduct.
