Throughout the year, St. Bartholomew Academy hosts Open Houses to welcome interested students and their families to experience all the Academy has to offer. Tours are also offered by scheduling an appointment with the Admissions Director. A virtual tour of the school can be found here.
The admissions process begins with the submission of an application to the school office.
Students for Pre-Kindergarten must be 4 years old on or before October 1st to qualify for admission. Pre-Kindergarten students receive priority registration for the Kindergarten program. Kindergarten applicants must be 5 years old on or before October 1st and will be scheduled for a readiness assessment prior to full admission.
Applicants for Grades Pre-Kindergarten through 8 will be admitted as space in each grade allows. Applicants for grades 1 through 8 must provide the previous year's report cards and standardized test scores with their application. Applicants for Grades K through 8 may be accepted for admission at the discretion of the principal based upon academic records, test scores, and the availability of openings in the grade requested.
