The primary goal of St. Bartholomew Academy is to assist students in acquiring mastery of content skills and then applying these skills to real-world problems and situations. The use of twenty-first century technology, hands-on activities, collaboration, and a cross-curricular writing program enhance our students’ learning.
The faculty and staff at SBA are committed to providing a 21st-century learning environment for our students through the use of classroom technologies such as our new Maker Space STREAM lab as well as Google Chromebooks for each first through eighth grade student. In addition, each classroom is outfitted with Promethean projectors and wifi access. These classroom technologies provide the tools necessary to allow our students to work collaboratively and to access a myriad of educational resources while allowing our teachers to provide differentiated learning opportunities for their students.
